The scheme was launched to provide support to the entrepreneurs and MSMEs to set up modern plastic manufacturing units in the organized industrial clusters at reduced infrastructure cost and with special business support.<\/p><p>In India, numerous small plastic processing companies continue to run from unorganized industrial zones where they face the challenge of high land cost, inadequate electricity, poor supply chain and environmental related problems.
