The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has officially notified a massive 2,000-hectare industrial zone, which has now caught the eye of manufacturers, MSME founders, logistics operators, and industrial investors from the North.<\/p><p>For years, entrepreneurs looking out for a cheap land parcel in the industrial belt of Delhi were having a major issue. The small and medium businesses found the industrial clusters in Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida too costly. Land values shot up, running costs rose, and there was no longer adequate low-cost industrial property available, and numerous first-generation business owners postponed manufacture because of these changes.<\/p><p>Baghpat is now coming out to be the solution to the problem.<\/p><p>In close proximity to Delhi NCR, Baghpat has a unique mix of low land prices, development of infrastructure, government support and sustained industrial growth.
