  • Blockchain technology – This technology can make online shopping safer and more open. Blockchain can help stop fraud and prove that products are real by keeping a secure record of transactions that cannot be changed.
  • Shopping in different ways: Connecting online shopping with in-store shopping will be more and more important. Stores need to make it easy for customers to switch between online shopping and in-store shopping, so that shopping feels smooth and convenient.
