Manufacturing of Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides and Fungicides Process:

In the firm of pesticides firstly an active ingredient is synthesized in a chemical factory. Then, active ingredient and carrier (for liquid pesticides or with inert powder or dry fertilizer) mixes by a formulator for dust pesticides. Then bottles or packages it. Dry formulations are packaged in 5-10 kilograms of plastic bags and liquid pesticides are packaged in 200-liter drums. Then sent to a formulator or other certified applicators, who dilute it.
