Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy only applies if the books are damaged or wrong books are delivered. The policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.

Damages covered under refund/return/replacement policy only include:

• Severe spine damage, due to which pages are coming apart.
• In transit damages [corner bents/little dents/cover scratches do not come under this]
• More than 2 pages are misprinted.
• More than 2 pages are torn.(24 hours)
• More than 2 pages are missing.
• Smudge making the pages unreadable. There should be more than 2 pages like this to qualify for replacement.

Apart from the above-mentioned issues, refund/reshipment/replacement will also be granted if books are missing in the order/wrong books are delivered. ( If possible, please send us the unpacking video too; if will help us investigate better)
