M/s. Manaseer Group, one of Jordan’s prominent diversified business groups, approached NIIR Project Consultancy Services (NPCS) to identify a commercially viable manufacturing project that could leverage the country’s mineral resources while serving growing regional and international demand.
After a comprehensive assessment of multiple industrial opportunities, NPCS recommended the manufacturing of Activated Bleaching Earth from Bentonite. The assignment included a detailed techno-economic feasibility study, market assessment, project costing, raw material evaluation, financial analysis, and implementation planning.
The study examined the complete value chain of activated bleaching earth production, including raw material availability, processing technology, plant infrastructure requirements, equipment selection, operating costs, and market potential. Special attention was given to Jordan’s strategic location and its ability to serve export markets across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
NPCS conducted an in-depth evaluation of global demand trends, industry growth prospects, pricing structures, competitive dynamics, and end-user industries such as edible oil refining, petrochemicals, lubricants, biodiesel, and pharmaceuticals. The analysis confirmed strong long-term demand fundamentals and attractive opportunities for value addition through mineral processing.
The consultancy engagement also included detailed financial modeling covering capital investment requirements, operating expenses, profitability projections, return on investment, break-even analysis, and risk assessment. A structured implementation roadmap was developed to support the client’s transition from project evaluation to execution planning.
Through this engagement, Manaseer Group gained a clear understanding of the technical, commercial, and financial viability of the proposed project. The study provided a practical framework for investment decision-making and helped reduce uncertainty associated with large-scale industrial development.
The project demonstrates how strategic feasibility analysis and data-driven industrial planning can transform local mineral resources into competitive manufacturing opportunities with strong export potential and long-term economic value.
