Tata Steel Limited engaged NIIR Project Consultancy Services (NPCS) to evaluate new manufacturing opportunities capable of supporting long-term growth, operational scalability, and market diversification. Following a comprehensive techno-economic assessment, NPCS identified Iron Powder Production as a high-potential investment opportunity aligned with the company’s industrial strengths and existing ecosystem.

The engagement covered market analysis, technical feasibility evaluation, raw material assessment, financial viability review, and implementation planning. NPCS conducted a structured study to assess industry demand, manufacturing processes, infrastructure requirements, supply chain feasibility, and investment potential.
