- Comfortable working with entrepreneurs and manufacturing promoters
- Result-oriented with closure-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
Fund Raising & Financial Structuring
- Assist startups and manufacturing units in raising equity, debt, or hybrid funding
- Structure funding through:
- Banks & Financial Institutions
- NBFCs
- Private Equity / Venture Capital
- Angel Investors / Family Offices
- Government & PSU funding schemes
- Advise on optimal capital structure, debt–equity mix, and funding strategy
Documentation & Investor Readiness
- Prepare or review:
- Investor pitch decks
- Financial models & projections
- Information memorandums (IM)
- Project reports / DPRs / feasibility studies
- Ensure projects are investment-ready and lender-compliant
Liaison & Deal Closure
- Coordinate with:
- Investors, banks, NBFCs, and funding agencies
- Startup founders, promoters, and project consultants
- Manage investor discussions, due diligence support, and term sheet negotiation
- Assist till financial closure / disbursement
Advisory & Strategic Support
- Guide entrepreneurs on:
- Valuation expectations
- Risk mitigation from an investor’s perspective
- Compliance and funding-related documentation
- Support manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and startup projects
Eligibility & Experience
- Proven experience in fund raising, project finance, or investment advisory
- Prior exposure to:
- Manufacturing projects
- MSMEs & industrial units
- Startups & early-growth ventures
- Strong understanding of:
- Banking norms and appraisal processes
- Investor expectations and funding cycles
- Financial modeling and cash-flow analysis
- Existing network of investors, lenders, or financial institutions is a strong advantage
