Freelance Project Engineer for Project Report Preparation – Drone Assembly Plant

A leading Industrial Project Consultancy firm engaged in preparation of Market Survey cum Detailed Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports (DPRs) invites applications from experienced professionals for a freelance assignment.

We specialize in preparing comprehensive project reports for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and investors planning to establish new industrial ventures. Our reports cover complete manufacturing processes, detailed market research, process flow sheet diagrams, machinery specifications, raw material planning, product mix analysis, and full financial feasibility assessment.

We are currently looking to on board a Project Engineer (Freelance / Project-Based) for preparation of a Detailed Project Report on Setting Up a Drone Assembly Plant.

The selected Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive, bankable Detailed Project Report (DPR) covering all technical, operational, and financial aspects of a Drone Assembly Plant.

The role involves developing the complete manufacturing and assembly process, identifying machinery and equipment requirements, estimating capital investment and operational costs, conducting market analysis, and preparing financial projections to assess project feasibility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of drone systems, UAV components, and electronics assembly
• Experience in preparation of Detailed Project Reports / Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost estimation and financial modelling
• Ability to conduct structured market research and technical analysis
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Understanding of Indian regulatory framework for drone manufacturing is preferred

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in industrial project planning, manufacturing consultancy, or drone/electronics assembly sector
• Prior experience in preparing DPRs or feasibility studies will be highly preferred
• Exposure to startup ecosystem and industrial project financing is an advantage
