Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and promote our consultancy services to entrepreneurs, startups, and industrial investors.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with clients interested in starting new businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for consultancy services
• Promote Market Survey Reports, Project Reports, and Feasibility Studies
• Handle inquiries from entrepreneurs and investors
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with internal research and consulting teams
• Prepare proposals and business presentations for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Engineering
• MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an advantage

Experience Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales and client relationship management experience
• Ability to understand industrial projects and business opportunities
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
• Result-driven and target-oriented mindset

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal NPCS candidate is a 2–6 year experienced B2B sales professional with consulting or research report sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage entrepreneurs and investors interested in starting manufacturing businesses.
