Production / Project Engineer – Silica from Rice Husk Ash Plant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production / Project Engineer to lead the setup and commissioning of a Silica Manufacturing Unit using Rice Husk Ash. The candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, installation, and operational readiness of the plant.

• Plan, design, and oversee the setup of the silica extraction plant from rice husk ash
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for machinery procurement and installation
• Supervise plant layout, erection, and commissioning activities
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Implement safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues during setup and initial production phase

• Experience in Rice Husk Ash processing or silica extraction projects
• Familiarity with material handling systems, furnaces, reactors, and filtration systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in industrial project setup (preferably in silica, chemical, or ash-based processing industries)
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, process design, and commissioning
• Experience in handling EPC projects will be an advantage
• Good problem-solving and project management skills
