Production / Project Engineer (Greenfield Extraction Plant – Agro Waste)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production / Project Engineer to lead the setup of a Greenfield Extraction Plant based on Agro Waste Processing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a sustainable and high-impact industrial project from the ground up.

• Lead the complete setup of a greenfield extraction plant from agro waste
• Plan and execute plant layout, machinery selection, and installation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical teams
• Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Handle trial runs, troubleshooting, and plant stabilization

• 4–10 years total experience (sweet spot: 5–7 years)
• At least 1 full greenfield or brownfield project execution experience
• Exposure to:
  • Plant erection & commissioning
  • Vendor coordination & machinery procurement
  • Trial runs and process stabilization

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Production Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in plant setup, extraction units, or agro-processing industries
• Hands-on experience in greenfield projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, utilities, and industrial equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  Experience in biomass, herbal extraction, essential oils, or agro-based industries
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and waste-to-value technologies

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong project execution experience, preferably someone who has worked on setting up or commissioning industrial plants rather than just operating them.

• Engineering Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production
• Strong preference for candidates from:
  • Agro-processing industries
  • Extraction plants (solvent, herbal, essential oils, biomass)
  • Chemical or bio-based manufacturing units
