Drum stick powder is basically a by product of poultry processing unit. Hen legs are collected in polystyrene tray and then it is dried by chain conveyor and grind by grinder to make drum stick powder. It is non-absorbing 100 mesh size powder and basically contains calcium phosphate. It is insoluble in water and contains minimum quantity of fat. It can be used as fertilizer, as food ingredients in soup. It can be also used in the pharmaceutical to balance trace minerals and for the preparation of gelatins.
