Sodium Meta Silicate - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The most common crystalline soluble silicates are of the metasilicate family Na2. NH2O. The anhydrous sodium metasilicate Na2 SiO3 contains SiO2 Chains, where X as the hydrates contains silicate monomer. These silicates appear to have layer structures and exhibit some degree of inner crystalline reactivity sodium metasilicate prevents the damaging effects of highly alkaline solutions, has good detergent properties and has special colloidal and despersive properties attributable to the silicate arrion. The water hardness lebels, glue, machine ratr of operation age of bottles and soil to be removed determined how the bottles must be washed. The standard pentahydrate form contain 98% or more calculated Na2SiO3 5H2O and is covered by a tentative ASTM specification. An anhydrous form is also available. There are two major types crystalline silicates in mild steel, or cost iron, equipment. The meta silicate crystallize well and are readily soluble in water. It is the solid phase in equilibrium with aqueous solutions. It is used in laundry, dairy, and metal cleaning, floor cleaning, base for detergent formulation bleaching aids, de-inking paper sodium meta silicate industry is in prospectly in organized and there are several small scale/cottage units manufacturing this products all over the country.
