Sodium Nitrate And Sodium Nitrite From Nitric Acid Vapor Of Oxalic Acid - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite are basic inorganic chemicals which are composed of one atom of nitrogen and three atom of oxygen. In case of sodium nitrite there are two atom of oxygen. It can be prepared by different chemical root, by using sodium chloride and nitric acid by using nitrogen and sodium carbonate, by using excess waste of oxalic acid manufacturing company. In this case excess nitric oxide is available with nitric acid also which absorb by absorber and used for the production of sodium nitrite and sodium nitrite. In this case basic raw material used is sodium chloride. The basic plant & machinery required are gas absorber specially coated reactor vessel, filtration unit dryer, weighing scale etc. The over all increase in demand is about 6% per annum. In India, at present, there are three units registered under DGTD manufacturing sodium nitrate with a total installed capacity of 12000 MT. per annum. The production figures during the year 1995-96 and 2002-03 are 154 thousand M.T. and 191 thousand M.T. respectively. There are about 39 units in India which manufacture sodium nitrate but still the demand is not met by the production of these units.
