Karnataka Government Schemes & Policies for Startups and Entrepreneurs

Karnataka has established one of India’s most advanced startup ecosystems through a robust policy framework, dedicated funding programs, MSME support, and innovation-driven infrastructure. The Karnataka Startup Policy 2022–2027 aims to recognize 25,000 startups and generate 5 lakh direct jobs while enabling founders through registration support, mentorship, market linkages, and funding access. Key initiatives such as ELEVATE Karnataka, Idea2PoC grants, Startup India Seed Fund, CGTMSE, and PMEGP provide financial assistance for startups, MSMEs, and first-time entrepreneurs.
